There are a couple items of note: The driver's door window regulator motor is shot so the window will not go up and down. I have recently replaced the passenger door window regulator behind the driver, the rotors and brake pads in the front, and the ignition cyclinder. A/C is cold but the heat is only so so. Since This car has been in the valley its entire life it rarely uses its heater and the heater coils get plugged. So Thoroughbred told me. I had them flushed before but they got clogged again. I have a xxxx Malibu LS Sedan, 3.1L V6 with very, very low miles. I bought this from my grandma in xxxx and it only had 24K miles on it. It now only has 75K miles. It has been well take care of. I also kept track of the fuel economy on this car. When I had to drive into town for work I got an average of 22-23 mpg. Now that I work in the City of Maricopa I get an average of 20 mpg.
