The flute was overhauled about 4 years ago and has not been played much since. I had it oiled and cleaned recently. when this was made in xxxx there were only two models of flute that Powell made...conservatory model with extruded tone holes and Y arms and this model with the Soldered Tone Holes and French Points. The wait on one of these was 5 years plus...that gives you an idea of how much they were sought after. For good reason!...This flute plays FF to a PP whisper with the right harmonics to hear yourself in any setting.I have added some pictures that were requested of the side view with tone holes and pads clearly visible...and the serial number...ha1 the serial number starts with 5 ...xxxx is the SN and that dates it at xxxx
