TV in living room, Central air, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, alarm system, & off street parking. 20 mins away from uptown/downtown. Have a bed if you need it at first. No smoking in the house. One person only. I have a cat and a large dog...might be open to your pet as long as they all get along. 1 block from the levee very quiet neighborhood. I work a lot, keep to myself. I'm a painter, and a musician so you have to put up with band practice one evening a week. Would prefer someone looking to stay a while.
